Cayla Neipris, a native of Encinitas, California moved to Atlanta to serve as the Graduate Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Agnes Scott College while pursuing her Master in Sports Administration from Georgia State University. At Agnes Scott, she is involved in all aspects of the soccer program including assisting in team training, designing and implementing all goalkeeping training, supervising scholar-athlete study hall, and recruiting future scholar-athletes at tournaments across the country.
Prior to her time at Georgia State and Agnes Scott, Cayla spent a year serving as the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Allegheny College in Meadville, PAaWhile at Allegheny she helped guide the Gators to a 6-10-1 record highlighted by three players receiving All-North Coast Athletic Conference selections including a second team all-conference goalkeeper. She holds a USSF “F” coaching license and a United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeping II Diploma.
Neipris is a 2016 graduate from Vassar College. Cayla played four years of soccer at Vassar where she was a two-time Liberty League All-Academic Team selection and received the 2016 SAAC Award for Women’s Soccer. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Jewish Studies.
In her free time, Cayla enjoys cooking new recipes, attending Crossfit classes, training goalkeepers at Inter Atlanta FC, and exploring different parts of Atlanta.
